CommunicationSo I wanted to share this annoying story about my experience with customer service. I called them four times trying to get help with my SIM card, but each time I had to explain everything all over again because they didn't keep track of what they had tried before. Eventually, they sent me a new SIM card, but surprise surprise, it didn't work either. As if that wasn't bad enough, I got an email out of the blue saying my account was cancelled without any real reason. When I asked for an explanation, the response I got was not very helpful, to say the least. So I decided to just cancel my account altogether because of the lack of help and the terrible communication. Can you believe that?
