Stabilitythey wait until the minute mark before picking up, so callers hear rings for over a minute — feels like paying to be ghosted. I only discovered this after a customer told me to check recordings, and sure enough there it was. Overcharged, wrong messages sent to clients, and probably a pile of lost business. Not a small glitch.
