Helpful service, messy cancellation

Signed up when my lower back flared and I needed easy virtual physio. The sessions felt decent, practical and simple to use. When I moved and needed to cancel though, the retention line and emails went quiet, which was annoying.

Slow activation, but resolved

Installation

hotels, gov't agencies, B&B, Aer Lingus, church. They all denied blocking. Eventually they resolved it. Glad it's working now.

Quick, helpful and pretty chill

Phone ghosted me, literally

they wait until the minute mark before picking up, so callers hear rings for over a minute — feels like paying to be ghosted. I only discovered this after a customer told me to check recordings, and sure enough there it was. Overcharged, wrong messages sent to clients, and probably a pile of lost business. Not a small glitch.

Setup hiccup, slow support

it works for calls but fails verification. I tried to get it cancelled, they quoted a 5‑minute wait and I waited over an hour with no answer and still got billed $30–40/month, no refund. Activation was quick, support wasn't.

Quietly disappointing, honestly

the app feels straightforward, calling works most of the time, voicemail is fine, and I didn’t mind the little quirks. But the minute something technical pops up you see the cracks. Recently I needed a small API tweak for an integration and it turned into a week-plus headache. Emails I got back were vague, like they weren’t even looking at the problem, and the questions they asked didn’t match what I’d explained. When I try to phone support I keep getting routed to an offshore team where the calls are halting and I struggle to make myself clear — and I’m not great at being patient. Promised callbacks never happen, follow-ups disappear, and it all feels like polite avoidance. I stuck with them for years because switching is a pain and the core product does the job most days, but this support experience wore me down. If support matters to you, plan for extra time or consider other options. I’m hopeful they’ll improve, but right now it’s a relief to have a workaround and not rely on their help.
