App & PortalThe website's instructions are confusing and hard to follow, so I had to turn to customer service for help when placing my first order. Even though I have a degree in English, I still found it tough to figure out how to use the site and make my order go through. One major issue I ran into was not knowing how to enter more than one domain for the Baby Hosting plan, which was pretty annoying. But the good customer service I received was top-notch, and it's why I ended up choosing the Baby Plan in the end.
