Not worth the fuss
Not worth the fuss
ServiceI'd skip this company. I signed up for a sports streaming package for the Super Bowl and they didn't deliver what they promised, and the whole process was awkward from the start. Charges were marked as originating outside the US, which set off alarm bells for me — not great when you're trying to track a refund. They're not BBB accredited so there's little formal recourse, and the online account had any dispute/refund links removed, which is just inconvenient. I did get a small rebate after pushing back, and one support rep actually acted like they cared (that bit was surprising), but a few dollars didn't replace what I lost. I've had better outcomes with other providers; this one feels like it cuts corners. Not a total scam, but not worth the hassle. Overall, it felt like a cheap-looking setup.
