Cancelled but still charged
Cancelled but still charged
CommunicationStreaming itself was okay — picture was sharp, no stutter — but the billing side was a mess. I signed up just to watch a football game, cancelled literally a minute later and got the confirmation email, so I thought it was sorted. End of trial, I find an $80 charge on my card. Support didn’t help and reportedly deleted my account instead of resolving it. Honestly, I’m glad it didn’t get worse, and the stream did what it should, but the hassle with billing and customer service ruined the experience. If you try them for a one-off, take screenshots and watch your statements.
