Billing hiccup, kind of resolved

Service

I signed up for the trial, cancelled before the deadline and still saw charges afterwards. Customer service eventually stopped new billing, which I'm relieved about, but they refused to refund the post-cancellation charges even after I sent confirmation emails, and their response was really slow. Had better service elsewhere, but at least the new charges stopped.

Super Bowl flop after cutting the cord

Coverage

30 pm, kids in Bills shirts, chips out, disbelief: that’s how it went when the Super Bowl arrived and the stream failed us. I’d already cut the cable because of the endless price hikes and got a Roku — loved that part, easy setup, felt clever — but I worried about sports coverage. Did my homework and fubo came up as an option with NFL rights, so I signed up, thinking my worries would vanish. Early on it worked okay: I could find some games, switch camera angles, the interface was decent. But the worry didn’t fully go away — sometimes our team wasn’t on. Then Super Bowl Sunday: game not available to stream, plain and simple. That disappointment was the last straw, so I cancelled today. Maybe fine for casual viewers, but if you need consistent access to your team, be cautious, honestly.

Almost had my Premier fix

Coverage

Mid-afternoon, coffee cooling, I signed up since searches said fubo had Premier League and FA Cup — I was skeptical but hopeful. Needed it after a move and bad cable, so I used the free trial. Quickly I noticed only one FA Cup game that day on fubo while others were on NBC/Peacock/USA — channels fubo doesn’t carry in the US. Streaming worked fine, interface is okay, but no EPL rights so I cancelled.

Cancelled but still charged

Communication

Streaming itself was okay — picture was sharp, no stutter — but the billing side was a mess. I signed up just to watch a football game, cancelled literally a minute later and got the confirmation email, so I thought it was sorted. End of trial, I find an $80 charge on my card. Support didn’t help and reportedly deleted my account instead of resolving it. Honestly, I’m glad it didn’t get worse, and the stream did what it should, but the hassle with billing and customer service ruined the experience. If you try them for a one-off, take screenshots and watch your statements.

Not worth the fuss

Service

I'd skip this company. I signed up for a sports streaming package for the Super Bowl and they didn't deliver what they promised, and the whole process was awkward from the start. Charges were marked as originating outside the US, which set off alarm bells for me — not great when you're trying to track a refund. They're not BBB accredited so there's little formal recourse, and the online account had any dispute/refund links removed, which is just inconvenient. I did get a small rebate after pushing back, and one support rep actually acted like they cared (that bit was surprising), but a few dollars didn't replace what I lost. I've had better outcomes with other providers; this one feels like it cuts corners. Not a total scam, but not worth the hassle. Overall, it felt like a cheap-looking setup.
