App & PortalI had a problem with the VPN app because it kept picking the smart location instead of my favorite one. I contacted customer service and they told me to uninstall and reinstall the app, but the problem still happened. I'm not sure if this can be fixed.

App & PortalI used to always give it 5 stars, eh, but now I'm only giving 4 stars because the autoconnect settings were so confusing, eh. It kept bugging me to set it up, and I had to tinker around with the settings a bunch, eh. I 'think' it's working okay now, fingers crossed!

App & PortalI ran into a problem with the VPN server selection because Seattle got taken off the list. Now I can only choose servers by country, not specific cities. Customer service helped me out by telling me to use the "all locations" tab, then pick the country and click on the drop-down arrow to see server locations. Problem solved! But I really hope they bring back Seattle soon so I can give them a perfect rating.
