This VPN service really disappointed me. They said they had a 30-day money-back guarantee but they didn't give me my refund when they said they would. Instead of sticking to their word, they tried to get me to just keep using their service. I had to take it up with PayPal to finally get my money back. It was just really frustrating and not a great experience overall.

I had a real issue with my subscription 'cause I couldn't log in once my computer crashed. The support team didn't really help me out much, just kept giving me the run-around without any solution. It's frustrating not being able to use something I paid for.

I can't believe how terrible this company is! They totally tricked me and now they're closing down, like seriously?! They took my money and now they expect me to pay extra just to switch to a different company, so unfair! Don't trust them, they're crooks!

I just wanna vent real quick - I cancelled my account and then bam, they hit me with a $12 charge outta nowhere! Like, come on, give me a heads up at least! I specifically told them to cancel it, they promised they would, but then a month goes by and they're still taking money from me. It's not right! I'm done with this. I need my money back and my account truly cancelled, no more games. They gotta put an end to this nonsense!

So yeah, I was trying to cancel my subscription for the app 'cause the website was a pain. But then I ended up chatting with this really nice lady named Katie and she totally came through for me. She was just awesome and made the whole process super simple. Feeling pretty pumped about the customer support I received!
