There's just too many people workin’ on this web design thing, makin’ it all so confusin’ for someone like me who ain't done this before. They keep tryin’ to charge me for stuff that should be easy, and they don't give me the info I need to figure it out on my own. Just one chance to change things and one call to ask questions ain't enough for me, tryin’ to get my site goin’. I signed up back in early November, and here we are in the end of January, and my site still ain't up. The lack of help and guidance is drivin’ me nuts, 'specially since I'm countin' on their services for my business.

I gotta tell ya, using this platform was a huge mistake. It was a total nightmare! Every time they did an update, it just caused more problems on my site. And let me tell ya, their tech support? Completely useless. It's like talking to a brick wall! Do yourself a favor and find another platform for your e-commerce needs.

Don't bother with this e-commerce platform, eh. The customer service is terrible - they don't help at all and don't seem to get what the problem is. We've had lots of issues with our orders, which is frustrating and eats up our time. They always try to blame us, saying it's our security settings that are causing the problems. Bottom line, using this platform for our business was a big mistake and we're not happy about it, eh.
