I got suckered in by the low fees they promised, but then got smacked with a bunch of extra charges I didn't see coming. When I tried to talk to customer service, no one was helpful at all - they just blamed the high charges on credit card rewards. It totally felt like a classic bait and switch move, and I definitely won't be using this service again.

The sales guy said it was a one-price deal and we looked at my website together. He gave me a quote, but when I went to get things set up, turns out I needed to pay extra for everything I needed. Honestly, wasn't too happy about it. You should give me a refund for the setup payment I made, to be fair.

My time with this e-commerce platform was honestly a letdown. It was just so out of date, super sluggish, and not very flexible. Plus, there were all these hidden fees and sneaky auto-contracts that just felt, you know, kind of underhanded and tricky. I had been using their services for years, but then out of the blue they jacked up the monthly cost to a crazy $1500, when it used to be only $300. That was it for me, that was the final straw. I cancelled my contract right away. They tried to defend their high prices by saying it was really $2000 a month as the norm, which is just not cool for the mediocre service they deliver. Even when they offered me a discount at $600 a month, it was still too expensive and not worth it. It was a frustrating and pricey ordeal that I don't recommend to anyone.
