TicketCity - Reviews and experiences

I bought tickets from this company recently and they sent me the wrong ones. On top of that, the customer service was really disappointing. They called me to replace the tickets, but those were also wrong. I spent over 2 hours on hold today just trying to sort this out. When I tried to chat with customer service, they told me to try and sell the tickets myself. I'm frustrated and not happy with how they handled this situation.

I was trying to get my hands on some Blue Jays tickets, but it was tough to figure it out online. So, I decided to give them a call and Chris answered. He was so helpful and really smart, plus super nice too. I was a bit anxious because I had never used that website before, but it all worked out in the end. Way to go for us Canadians!
