App & PortalBuying tickets online for the sports game went smoothly without any problems. But, I had some issues with my phone on the way there, so it was hard to get to my digital tickets. It would've been nice to have the choice to print the tickets just in case. Even though I had to spend an hour on the phone with my carrier to fix the problem, I managed to get the tickets uploaded and get into the game. In the end, it was a good experience and I could enjoy the event without any big issues.
