Man, it was just so frustrating buying those tickets from that suite owner at the venue in Denver. Turns out they were fake, and we got scammed, just like a bunch of other folks. Luckily, the venue staff helped us out and told us to report the scam to our Credit Card company so we could still get in. TicketCity really needs to step up and make sure they watch who they're partnering with to avoid stuff like this in the future, eh.

My experience buying tickets was really disappointing. I bought tickets for an event and spent money on travel, only to be told right before the show that the seller didn't actually have the tickets. The lack of communication and reliability was frustrating and inconvenient. I wouldn't suggest using this service.
