I ordered concert tickets

So, I ordered concert tickets, right? I was super excited to see my favorite singer but then the transaction didn't go through, and I kept getting emails about different concerts. When I finally called the venue, they said they didn't have any tickets for me. I was so frustrated, ugh!

Smooth ticket purchase

My experience buying tickets was really easy. I didn't have any trouble getting the tickets or getting into the event. But I was a bit confused because different sources said different things about whether I could just show an e-ticket or if I needed to print it out.

Ticket transfer issue

I was pretty satisfied with my purchase, but there was a little issue with transferring the tickets. They ended up in a different account than I thought, and it would have been easier if they had told me beforehand. So, I had to spend a bunch of extra time trying to find the tickets, contacting both Ticketmaster and the event's account.

Ticket delivery misinformation

I had a chat with a customer service rep who gave me wrong info about my ticket delivery. Even though I made it clear a bunch of times that I was supposed to get my ticket by email with a QR code for entry, another rep told me differently afterwards. Turns out, I had to actually go to a nearby shipping store to grab my ticket. It was annoying and a hassle to get mixed messages from the staff.

NASCAR race tickets with mobile ticket transfer

I just bought some NASCAR race tickets from TicketCity and decided to have them sent to my phone. I've had a rough time with another company before, so I was a bit worried about using this service again. But man, TicketCity really surprised me! Their communication was top-notch - I shot them an email with a question, and they got back to me within 2 days. And get this, I got my tickets a whole week before the race, unlike the last time when I got them the day before. I'll for sure be using TicketCity again for my next ticket buys.
