TicketCity - Reviews and experiences

I bought tickets for an event using this service and was super surprised to see that they charged me twice the actual ticket price. Plus, with all their extra fees, the total cost ended up being more than three times the original price. After looking into it more, I realized that they basically just bought the tickets from the venue at regular prices and then sold them to me for way more. When I asked for a refund, they said no because the tickets were already bought. This sneaky business move made me feel like I was taken advantage of. Obviously, I won't be using their services ever again.

The Elton John concert in Charleston was absolutely amazing! The show went on for two and a half hours, playing hit after hit that had everyone dancing and singing along the whole time. The venue was cozy and created a perfect setting for enjoying the music. But, gotta say, the ticket prices were a bit steep, which kinda took away from the experience for me. On the bright side, taking the bus to the concert was easy and quick, but they could've done a better job organizing the return trip to everyone's cars.
