ReliabilityOMG, so, like, I was using this text messaging thing for my really cool campaigns, and everything was going well for a while. But then, out of nowhere, they started taking my money! Can you believe it? I paid for campaigns and they claimed they sent them out, but no one received the texts! Like, not a single person! And their customer service is basically non-existent - they say they'll call back but never do. It's such a huge scam! So not cool!

ReliabilityI'm feeling really let down by this company's service. For weeks, I've been having trouble with SMS messages not getting to my customers. I've tried reaching out for help, but so far, nothing has been fixed. I even talked to my phone provider, AT&T, and they said they didn't get any SMS messages from TextMagic. It's frustrating to pay for a service that's not working right and not getting any help or answers from the company.
