PriceI've been using this service provider for a while now and overall, I've been pretty happy with it. But things took a turn when I found out they were jacking up the price for a service that used to be included in the package. I was totally caught off guard and kind of upset by how sudden and sneaky this price hike was. I mean, I believe in honesty and fairness, so I can't help but wonder why they're making such a big change all of a sudden.
