Follow-upI asked to cancel my service because I misunderstood how the monthly payments worked. I was happy with how easily the company handled the cancellation. I liked not having to deal with any extra steps or forms. In the future, I would like to be able to pay per text instead of a set monthly fee. I think this would work better for me based on how much I use the service.
