App & PortalMy first impression was not great at all. I had to buy credits before I could even start using the service, which just made everything more complicated. When I tried to activate my number, I got a confusing error message. It told me to go to a support link, but I couldn't even click on it. The message disappeared before I could even copy it, which left me feeling frustrated and lost. This whole experience made me doubt the reliability and professionalism of the company, so I decided not to use their services at all.

I love being able to reply to messages right from the platform. The pay-as-you-go feature is great too, it's perfect for me since I don't need a monthly subscription. I've used this platform for several clients and it's been really successful.

App & PortalI've had a pretty good experience using this service to send out newsletters to our team. It's easy to use and lets us message everyone all at once without sharing their contact info. But I've run into some problems uploading files, even when they're small. Luckily, the customer support team has always been quick to help me out. I like that I can even text them for help. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this service for sending bulk SMS messages.
