My first impression was not great at all. I had to buy credits before I could even start using the service, which just made everything more complicated. When I tried to activate my number, I got a confusing error message. It told me to go to a support link, but I couldn't even click on it. The message disappeared before I could even copy it, which left me feeling frustrated and lost. This whole experience made me doubt the reliability and professionalism of the company, so I decided not to use their services at all.

The store just doesn't get it, you know? They provided good service, but totally messed up the login codes for my employees. They really need to brush up on their understanding of the law. Not cool, man.
