ServiceWeirdly, I cared more about support than the install itself. My McAfee ran out, so I grabbed this. License arrived fast — email instant, easy download. It ran fine for about three months, then it started acting up. Support? Not helpful. One tech basically said pay $100 and we’ll look. So I ended up poking around and fixing it myself, which was annoying but also kinda satisfying. I started eyeing Webroot after that because their tech line sounded more solid. In the end the app works now, but I’m cautious. Quick delivery, poor service — heads up. I’ve had better luck with Norton before, honestly. Support needs a reset, frankly.

ServiceBy the time I realised it, the damage was done. I signed up after seeing slick TV ads and thinking fine, why not — then had a security incident and no real help. Support told me over the phone they couldn't help and I had to take my machine to a repair shop, which felt like a shrug. Then an automated email said no refunds after 30 days, even though I was mid-contract and cancelling; sounded like a robot wrote it, which, well, it probably did. I first saw the service on TV and I even told a neighbour about it (I told them to be careful). I'm annoyed more than anything — annoyed at the process, the silence, that automated reply.
