I'm actually glad I gave this a shot, even if I ended up annoyed a few times. I use the software on my laptop for work and on my iPhone for casual stuff—banking, streaming the odd show, and podcasts while I commute. The snag is the VPN: it blocks my bank login unless I turn it off, which is exactly when I want protection, right? So yeah, that’s frustrating. On the phone I was told I can't stream while the VPN's on, and the workaround they offered was literally "turn it off, watch, then turn it back on" — not great. Customer support wasn't able to help me much and refunds were a no-go, which left a sour taste. On the plus side, it doesn't hog my system, setup was straightforward, and I learned how to quickly toggle things when needed, so it’s manageable day-to-day. I'm relieved it didn’t break anything and that I can still use it for basic protection, but if you need seamless banking/streaming behind a VPN, look around first.
