Almost gave up, glad I didn't
Almost gave up, glad I didn't
Complaintsthe device itself kept working perfectly for my daily video calls and pill reminders, so at least something didn’t add to my stress. Eventually someone answered after I escalated via a complaint, they sorted the promo credit and explained the change. Still wish phone support was easier, but overall relieved and pretty happy now.
Not worth the headache
Not worth the headache
ComplaintsI tried the service for a month and it felt like walking on thin ice — works okay sometimes, then a surprise charge. I cancelled, thought that was it, but they kept trying to pull money (five attempts on my account), which set off a fraud alert and I had to get a replacement card. Using the product is fine when it runs, but that billing behaviour makes it unusable for me; you don't trust it anymore. Their support was basically nonexistent, unlike other providers I’ve had that at least answer. Small detail? No — it's the whole experience.
