Paragon Software - Reviews and experiences

I just bought some software from this company, but it's been a real letdown. It's throwing out a bunch of error messages that are making it impossible to use, even though the label made it sound perfect. So I tried getting in touch with customer support for some help, and they said they'd get back to me in 3 days. Well, they did reply, but only to say they couldn't help me with my tech issue. I'm really disappointed with how this company is handling things, not cool at all.

I just bought the Paragon Hard Disk Manager™ Advanced for (£39.99) and downloaded it from the link they sent me. But, I've been having some trouble because every time I try to open the program, I get an error message saying, "the product configuration seems to be corrupted, please reinstall." I've tried reinstalling it nine times already as the administrator, but nothing seems to work. And to make things worse, I haven't been able to get any help from the company, which is really frustrating. Overall, my experience with this product and their customer service has been really disappointing. I'd suggest avoiding this company because they just seem to care about making money.

I found this awesome software that fixed up both my computer and my laptop! It was so simple to use and did a fantastic job. The customer service was amazing - they really helped me out when I ran into a license problem. Definitely give it two thumbs up!

The NTFS software for MAC that I bought was really disappointing, eh? They said it was top-notch, but when I tried it out, it was seriously lacking. I could find free software that worked better than this paid one, no problem. Plus, the support for it was terrible - basically non-existent. When I realized it wasn't living up to what they promised, I asked for a refund, but never heard back from them. I feel like I wasted 20 euros on this software, and I'd suggest others steer clear of it, eh?

Even after following all the troubleshooting steps and sending them all the necessary logs, they made me wait 10 long months only to offer a refund because they couldn't help me with their own product. It's so frustrating to see their customer service and support go downhill like this. I really hope they can go back to their old ways and prioritize helping their customers instead of ignoring support requests. It's really sad to see such a great company fall like this.

I've been using disk management software for years and I recently bought the newest version. But, the support for this one is just not there. I've tried calling, leaving messages, and even opening a ticket, but I haven't heard anything back. It's really frustrating and disappointing to see such a lack of customer support. Some reviewers have recommended other options, so now I'm thinking about switching because of the lack of help from this software company.
