ComplaintsI bought a bunch of stuff from this software company not too long ago, and at first, I was pretty pleased with the licenses I got. But then they switched up their licensing system, and suddenly most of my licenses were gone! I tried reaching out to them by making a ticket, but all they did was close it without fixing anything. I even had to go through the trouble of sending them copies of my original licenses, which was just ridiculous. After losing more than 15 licenses, I've decided I'm never buying from them again. It totally feels like I got robbed, and it's obvious they couldn't care less about their customers.
