CommunicationI recently bought service software from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty let down with the customer support I got. The software was fine at first, but it started acting up after I updated my operating system. It was super glitchy and would only work sometimes. I reached out for help by sending four emails explaining my problem, but got no response or fix. Finally, I called their support line and got a rude rep who got mad at me for not emailing instead. Totally unprofessional. I even tried calling three times and two of the reps only spoke German, which made things even harder.
