Follow-upI bought a smartwatch from you guys not too long ago and had a bit of a rough time with it. I sent it back right away and got confirmation that you guys got it, but I still haven't seen the refund like you promised within 1-3 business days. It's been too long and it's really bugging me. On top of that, the customer service I got was pretty meh, which just made the whole experience even worse.
