IObit - Reviews and experiences

As someone who's been using IObit products for years, I just gotta say how awesome this company is. Working on the Canadian English translations for their products has really shown me the commitment and top-notch quality that IObit brings to the table.

So, I made a mistake and ended up ordering the wrong item - classic move by me. I decided to contact Customer Support to try and fix my blunder. And lo and behold, within 24 hours, Zoe swooped in to save the day. Not only did she fix my mistake, but she also went above and beyond. Huge thanks to Zoe for coming through in the clutch!

I picked up a new software program and was really pumped to get it up and running. But, I hit a bit of a snag - the new licenses weren't automatically included in the installation process! I had to rifle through my emails to locate each license one by one, and then manually input them into the software. It was a real headache, taking way more time than expected! I reckon they ought to shoot over all the licenses in a single email after a purchase, that would make everything much smoother. But, don't get me wrong, this little hiccup doesn't change my overall positive opinion of the software - it's still really solid!
