I went to this place to get my taxes done and I didn't like it at all! The person who helped me was not very honest and I caught them trying to lie to me. I definitely would not recommend going here if you want someone trustworthy.

My time at this tax preparation service was not good at all. The customer service was not great, and when I asked to talk to a manager, there was nobody around, so I ended up wasting an hour. On top of that, they didn't stick to the original price we agreed on and didn't give me any information or updates along the way. All in all, I was left feeling annoyed and unhappy with the service I received.

I recently worked with Carolyn L from the tax advisory team and it was a great experience. Carolyn has been with the company for an impressive 32 years, and her expertise really shows in her work. Even though Carolyn wasn't our original tax advisor, she did an amazing job handling all our tax questions and concerns. What really impressed me was how she went the extra mile to help us out. She even reached out to a State representative to make sure we got the info we needed. Her patience, kindness, and friendly attitude made the whole process easy and stress-free. If you're a client in the Virginia Beach area, I definitely recommend asking for Carolyn as your tax advisor. She's a real stand out in a field that can be confusing and overwhelming sometimes. The company is really lucky to have someone like Carolyn on their team.
