The system this year was a nightmare to use, eh. It was so annoying trying to get past all the security measures and then getting logged off all the time. It made everything take way longer than it should have. My tax preparer did a great job, but I feel bad because the people above him seem to be pretty useless, eh.

This is ridiculous. I was trying to do my taxes online and their website messed up and gave me an error. Customer service was useless and I wasted so much time trying to fix it. I'm not using them again!

The tax software I used this year was a total nightmare, eh. Even though I bought the "premium" Federal and State tax prep software, I had major issues for the second year in a row. When I tried to get help from the company, it took forever because their customer service wasn't great, ya know? It's too bad to see a company that used to be the best in tax prep software not measuring up in terms of quality and service. I'll definitely be searching for a different option for my tax prep next time, for sure.

I just used a tax software for the second year and I was not happy with how it worked. It wasn't ready at the start of tax season and said my simple tax return couldn't be filed because of a problem with my SS worksheet. Plus, I found mistakes like asking for an offshore address even though I live in the US. It's frustrating and not okay for a software that's supposed to be easy to use.

I've been using tax software for a long time now, and I ran into a problem recently. The software automatically included a form that wasn't needed. When I tried to get help from customer service, it was a complete nightmare. I was transferred to different numbers and in the end, I got disconnected. The lack of customer service from this company is just not right.

Man, this tax software was such a pain to deal with. I couldn't even e-file my return because of some issues with the gateway and invalid code problems. Kept telling me my code was no good because I had apparently submitted it too many times, like come on! And then, when I tried to submit my company's state taxes, the whole thing kept crashing on me. I had to keep restarting it over and over again. What a headache. And then, another person I know couldn't even get the state program to load so they had to do it all manually. What a disaster. And to top it off, one time it straight up deleted all my past year's info and couldn't transfer it to the current year. Total waste of time, honestly.
