I gotta say, the customer service I got at that place was just awful. I mean, the phone service was a total waste of my time. Couldn't even talk to a real human at their office - that automated menu was just so frustrating and kept repeating useless info. Couldn't even reach my tax preparer directly or by email, which was a big hassle. Definitely not going back there for their services. It's just not cool for a business to run like that in this day and age.

I went to get my taxes done recently, and it was just a bad experience all around. When I went to look over and sign my return, the 2023 one was missing. Then when I tried to open the 2022 return, I got an error message saying the program wasn't working. I've tried reaching out through calls and messages multiple times, but still haven't gotten it fixed. It's been pretty frustrating and disappointing dealing with this lack of communication and inability to fix the problem.

Despite facing difficulties with the head office, my personal tax preparer has always given me great service for more than 20 years. However, my interactions with the company's website and higher-ups have been far from ideal. When I tried to reach out to my local office, no one answered the phone and there was no way to leave a message. Even when I called the head office, the customer service representatives were unhelpful and seemed to brush off my concerns. I was really let down by the lack of professionalism and support from the corporate side of this tax preparation service.

I had a really bad experience with the tax filing service. I booked an appointment online, but when I got to the office, the time had been changed without telling me. I had to wait behind walk-ins and late appointments, which was annoying and not very professional. The person I talked to online couldn't help me and told me to go to an office. It's been a big hassle trying to get help at an office. And to top it off, the staff didn't know how to file the form I needed, so it was all a waste of time and really frustrating. I wouldn't recommend their tax filing services at all.
