QualityAs someone who uses a mail management service, I expect them to be professional and efficient. Unfortunately, my experience with the service has been quite disappointing. They constantly charge extra fees for small things, refuse to send packages, and even lose important documents. It's really concerning how incompetent they are. Even though I paid a lot for their premium service, they haven't held up their end of the deal. They never respond quickly to urgent situations, and their customer service is unhelpful and rude. All in all, my experience with them has been a letdown, and now I'm hesitant to trust them with my mail again in the future.
