The service from this company is so disappointing. Every time I try to reach their customer service team, it's a mess - they're incompetent and unprofessional. They always mess up customer problems and question everything the customers say. And don't get me started on the surprise bills that keep popping up. Dealing with this company has been a total nightmare. I really suggest steering clear of their services.

This company is just awful to deal with, man. The customer service is so rude, the prices are way too high, and they don't give a damn about you or your mail. Ever since I started using their service, it's been one headache after another. They don't even try to fix any problems, all they care about is taking your money. I'm never using them again, no way.
