ComplaintsSo, like, I signed up for this mail forwarding thing in December 2021, but pretty soon I saw it wasn't working out for me. I tried to cancel it and told the post office to stop forwarding my mail, but I kept getting charged for another six months. Trying to cancel was a real headache, and they even sent me pics of mail that shouldn't have been forwarded in the first place. Like, I get the idea of the service, but the way they handled it and their customer service was pretty disappointing, eh.
