Earth Class Mail - Reviews and experiences

I started using this mail service back in 2010 when I moved to Japan from America. It was great back then, but now they seem to be trying to pull one over on me. The prices keep going up, and they keep pushing me towards the priciest options when I need to send something. It's just not right.
