Account closure without warning
Their customer service is just terrible, eh? They went ahead and closed my account without even giving me an explanation or taking the time to look into the facts. Honestly, it was the worst experience I've ever had with a company, no doubt about it.

That was the worst experience ever, eh? I signed up, and bam, right away I got banned with no explanation. I didn't even do anything wrong, like what's up with that? It feels like they just ban people for no good reason. The customer service was so rude, eh, they didn't even give me any helpful info. Good thing there are other options out there, eh?
