Flight and hotel booking to Rome
I recently booked a flight and hotel trip to Rome through a popular online travel agency. Unfortunately, within two hours of booking, the flights with the airline were cancelled, which meant that we could not make our connection to Rome for our hotel stay. I contacted the online travel agency, who instructed me to reach out to the airline directly for a refund since they do not deal with third parties. This led to numerous wasted hours and days without any successful refund. Eventually, I had to involve my bank to chase the funds, and even after 3 months, the issue remains unresolved. Overall, my experience with this online travel agency was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend using their services again.

I really dig this bag, it's so cool and stylin'! And a big plus for me is that it's vegan, so no harm done to any animals. The quality is really top-notch, and it fits all my stuff just right. The design is super cute, and I always get a ton of compliments whenever I rock it. Totally worth the price, eh!
