I had a question about my order, so I reached out to customer support by email, but it took days to get a response. That kind of slow communication isn't really up to par for a luxury brand. The prices were pretty high, even for vegan products. And on top of that, the delivery was slow and the packaging wasn't as fancy as I expected for a luxury brand. All in all, I was left feeling unsatisfied, and I probably won't be shopping there again in the future.
