AllTrueist - Reviews and experiences

When I first checked out AllTrueist, I was interested in their focus on vegan items and fancy accessories. I made a decision to buy something, but the ordering process was a real letdown. The website was a bit clunky and hard to get around, which made it frustrating for me. Still, I kept at it and finally placed my order, hoping that the customer service would make up for the initial hassle. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I had a question about my order, so I reached out to customer support by email, but it took days to get a response. That kind of slow communication isn't really up to par for a luxury brand. The prices were pretty high, even for vegan products. And on top of that, the delivery was slow and the packaging wasn't as fancy as I expected for a luxury brand. All in all, I was left feeling unsatisfied, and I probably won't be shopping there again in the future.
