I've been making videos for a little bit now and it's been a blast! I began with the free version and eventually upgraded to the paid one. The interface is really user-friendly and I had no issues uploading my videos to youtube. However, I ended up losing my job and couldn't cancel my account due to losing access to my email. I reached out to customer service and they were fantastic! They cancelled my account and refunded me really quickly, like within a day. If I ever need to make videos again, I'll definitely return to these guys.
