Efficient problem resolution
I ran into a problem with a billing error not long ago, so I had to reach out to customer support. Usually, my interactions with customer support leave me feeling let down and annoyed. But this time around, things were totally different with this company. The customer service rep got back to me right away, figured out the issue quickly, and sorted it out within a few days. I was really impressed by how skilled and professional the support team was. All in all, I'm super happy with the service I got from this company.

Wasted Money on a Meet Up Subscription
Meet Up is the worst! I tried to cancel my membership, but they kept charging me even after I reached out so many times asking them to stop. Finally, after bombarding them with messages, they decided to give me a refund. Such a pain!

Lifetime guarantee claim
What a joke eh! I tried to make a claim under their "lifetime guarantee," but it's been two weeks and I'm still waiting for some basic answers. How hard is it to tell me how much it costs, eh? And to top it off, they hit me with a "service charge" on top of a postage charge for my claim. What a rip off! No one has bothered to get back to me. Talk about terrible customer service, eh?
