I just found out that my Spot tracker service has been renewing itself every year for the past 6 years without me even knowing. Back in 2014, I tried to cancel the service after using it for one specific need, but I never got any mail saying that it would keep renewing. And now, trying to cancel it seems like such a hassle, which is really frustrating and disappointing.

My experience with this online tutoring service was just terrible. The response time was so slow, it left me feeling frustrated and let down. The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing, and I felt like I was wasting my time. It seemed like all they cared about was spamming customers instead of actually helping. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.
