Subscription Misunderstanding
It's too bad to hear about your experience with the subscription process. It's really important to know what you're getting into when you sign up for something. You don't want to be caught off guard by any hidden fees or problems. Make sure you take the time to go through all the details before you make a decision, especially when it comes to online learning. Sometimes those subscription offers can be tricky. 3-month subscription
The product is good, but this company is a mess. Customer service is terrible, shipping is a joke, they made unauthorized charges on my card, don't do refunds properly, and their subscription service is a complete rip-off. I've ordered three times now and it's been a nightmare each time. It's so annoying to pay $22 for shipping to Germany and then wait over 4 weeks for my package to come. The lack of communication and slow responses are not okay. Seed really needs to do better and focus on what their customers need instead of just social media.
