The skincare products work great on younger skin, but man, the problems with the website and managing subscriptions are seriously annoying. And don't even get me started on the shipping - sometimes it takes a lot longer than you'd think, which is a pain for us customers.

I had to quickly mention how amazing the customer service is at this place! They seriously went above and beyond to help me with everything and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. It's so great to see people who truly care about their customers like that.

So, y'know, I needed some help with my payment and all that, and Gus was just amazing! He really went above and beyond to help me out. It was really cool working with someone from the US instead of, like, talking to some random person from who knows where. Big shoutout to Gus for being so helpful, he really deserves it!
