My experience with this online retailer was really disappointing. I bought something to get free shipping, but it took a crazy long two months for my order to finally show up. When I got my stuff, I was super upset to see they sent me the wrong size. I contacted customer service right away to ask for the right size, but they totally ignored me. Even though I reached out multiple times, my customer service request still hasn't been sorted out. So, I definitely recommend not ordering from this online retailer.

I bought a rose gold band for my watch recently, but when I got it, it didn't go with the watch like they said it would. Also, the prongs on the watch were bent, so the band didn't attach properly. I sent it back to get a new one, but they said it was scratched and wouldn't exchange it. How could a new item be scratched already? They were just making up excuses to avoid replacing the faulty product. And on top of that, the watch wasn't working right, but instead of fixing it, they just sent it back to me with the prongs bent a bit to make the strap fit. That kind of lazy and dishonest customer service is not okay.

As a customer of this genetic testing service, I've been pretty happy with the info they give me. Before November 2019, I could easily bring in a GEDCOM file to make my Family Tree. But when they did the latest software update, I ran into some problems. The Support Group told me to wait for the end-of-the-month update and try again, and to export another GEDCOM file. But even after all that, they still haven't fixed the bug with my Family Tree, and the IT Department doesn't know when it'll be sorted out.

I wasn't sure about buying the Xbox Gamepass 3 months key at first, but it all turned out great. The whole process was smooth, from picking the product to choosing where to get the key, paying, and getting the key quickly. The price seemed too good to be true, but everything went perfectly. I'm totally happy with my purchase and will for sure get another key down the road.
