Hey kiddo, meet Sara! She's the super eagle-eyed reviewer who helps folks avoid trouble. You know how in a movie, there's always someone who points out the bad guys? Well, Sara's kinda like that. She had some unpleasant adventures with a travel booking website called eDreams and an online learning place named Shaw Academy. They tried some naughty tricks like double-charging for luggage and sneakily taking money without asking first! No good, right? Sara didn't like that one bit, and she was also upset at how hard it was to get help from them. So she decided to tell everyone about it, hoping that others won't fall into the same traps she did. Review about: eDreams
Avoid this platform for your booking and definitely don't add luggage as they will charge you TWICE as much as the company and the baggage is non-refundable. The website also told me that my booking didn't go through and that I should try again however it still charged me and now I have 2 booking for the same flight and the company won't refund me for the duplication - that should never have happened if the first instance had not occurred. Customer service is hard to get a hold of and unhelpful when you do... AVOID AVOID AVOID

Avoid this platform for your booking and definitely don't add luggage as they will charge you TWICE as much as the company and the baggage is non-refundable. The website also told me that my booking didn't go through and that I should try again however it still charged me and now I have 2 booking for the same flight and the company won't refund me for the duplication - that should never have happened if the first instance had not occurred. Shaw Academy - steer clear!!
Review about: Shaw Academy
I signed up for a free trial and cancelled the same day due to advice to steer clear. I cancelled it, through the hoops they get you to jump through just to cancel it. Which is shocking in itself. Then, an unauthorised payment was taken on 04/05/2021. My account was reactivated without my permission and payment were taken, again without my permission. Their offices are never open, even on the times and days it states that they are. Steer clear.

Shaw academy is a scam. When you sign up they mention a 'free trial' and ask you to sign up for free courses. Then they will deduct your credit card for the 'course toolkit', not issue you any invoice or receipt. It's a FRAUD. Customer service mentions refunds cannot be issued as the Shaw academy only aims to cheat you of money. Do NOT sign up. It is NOT free. Beware of providing your card details. They don’t stop send messages or email for months, I hope I will found a solutions very soon.
