I bought epic gaming merchandise
I gotta say, this place is terrible! Their "special deals" are hardly ever actually a good deal compared to other places. Ordering is only mediocre, and then you end up waiting forever for them to do something with your order. Like, do they even use a computer to process orders? It's taking so long, it's putting me to sleep. I ordered something days ago, and my money is just hanging in the air because they haven't done anything with my order yet. This isn't the first time, and it's definitely gonna be the last. I've had enough, not dealing with them again!

I recently bought a pair of earrings from this place and it was a breeze. Ordering was quick and easy, and my items arrived right on time. However, the earrings turned out to be a bit bigger than I expected. I contacted customer service for help, and I have to say, they were super helpful. Jerice was quick to respond to my questions and even went above and beyond to talk to the brand about different size options. I ended up choosing a different size, and the return process was surprisingly easy. My only complaint is that they don't do exchanges, only refunds. It would have been more convenient if exchanges were an option.
