My most recent purchase from here was a complete disaster, eh. I usually like this company, but this time it was a total nightmare, ya know. The customer service seemed nice at first, but they made promises they didn't keep, bud. It's been over two weeks now, and I still haven't got my mattress.

I thought the process of ordering, using, and returning the test package was easy and trouble-free. But, I have to say, I was let down by the results I got. The ancestry information I received seemed really basic and not specific to my background. It felt like it could apply to anyone. Also, the connections to present-day locations didn't match up with my family's history. There were no mentions of England, where my family has lived for ages. It seemed like the results weren't detailed or accurate enough to be helpful or interesting. In the end, I wasn't really happy with how the test turned out.
