I keep getting a ton of emails from this company, even though I tried to unsubscribe. I reached out to customer service twice, but it took them two weeks to reply. They assured me I was unsubscribed, but I'm still receiving emails. It's really frustrating, eh!

I've been working at this company for 4 years, and let me tell you, the technical stuff can really give me a headache. It's like speaking a different language that I just can't seem to figure out. In the past, I tried to figure things out on my own, but it would take me ages to do something as simple as moving my domain to a new website. Now, whenever I get stuck, I just reach out to their support team, and they are honestly a lifesaver. Even when I ask what I think are silly questions, they are always patient and walk me through the issue step by step, fixing it in no time.

As loyal platinum member and owner of vacation club points with IHG, I had a frustrating experience with a reservation I made using my points for a flight connection. Unfortunately, my flight got cancelled due to a mechanical failure. When I reached out to IHG to cancel my reservation and get my points refunded, I faced a lot of resistance and unhelpfulness. Even after explaining the situation, I was told to contact IHG directly, where I encountered more challenges and unresponsiveness. It took many tries before I finally talked to a supervisor named Anita, who said she spoke to the General Manager but still couldn't resolve the issue and credit my points back. This lack of understanding and unwillingness to accommodate a legitimate situation was disappointing and not okay. Feeling unresolved and dissatisfied, I am now looking into taking further action in hopes of finding a fair solution. My IHG rewards number is 202718671.
