I got some help from ESET through a Remote Desktop Connection to uninstall and reinstall software in Safe Mode. The technician, Robert Jan, was super quick and knew his stuff. He was really helpful the whole time. Thanks to him, I was able to reinstall the software with no problems at all. I'm happy with the service I got from ESET!

I bought three bottles of MK677 from this company, but haven't heard anything about my package. Their customer service is terrible - phone doesn't work and they ignore emails. It's really frustrating not knowing if I'll get what I paid for.
